The room would be in a lovely 2 bed house that is a modernised victorian property on a very friendly street. It boasts a seperate kitchen and dining as well as a garden that gets the sun well.
The area is just off Gloucester Road so really close to all the great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, it is also 5 minute's from lidl, aldi and a petrol station as well as close to the bus stop with buses getting you into town within 20 minutes.
The room is very large and would suite either a single person or a couple.

Remaining bills for wifi, water, gas and electricity would be 190 would be split with all housemates.
