More about the accommodation:
The available bedroom itself is quite large, especially for one person. It has a sliding mirror door cupboard for storage and for clothes to be hung. Furniture will also be provided, including a single bed, cupboards, drawers and a vanity unit (if you don't want certain items in the room, they can be put into storage) It also has an ensuite.
There are two other smaller bedrooms that I use - one for sleeping and one for storage. There is a well sized living room, kitchen and dining room, as well as a bathroom that I use (but you and guests are welcome to use this).
For rent, I am looking to ask for £625 which includes everything except for water, gas and electric, which I would ask for 50% of each month. I would expect this to be about £30.
The neighbourhood is great and the road is quiet. I have lived in the village all my life, and love it very much!
Just to note - The photos of the available bedroom & ensuite have the current user's belongings in. The furniture would be different after they leave.

I'm John, a 24 year old who finished university last year and now work for Bosch in Denham. At Christ Church, I am part of the 6pm Sunday service community, and am also a leader in the Young Adults group (18-30y/o) which has about 25 members.
I like to cook! Especially pasta... But my favourite food is pizza (with pineapple, but I'm not offended by an opposing view). Favourite film will always be WALL.E
