The house is a 4-bed house, for 3 female housemates (the fourth bedroom is small and is used as a communal office). It has 3 floors, the top floor being a bedroom with an ensuite. There are 2 rooms available from August. The first is a large room on the first floor with a shared bathroom (£505) and the second is on the top floor with an en suite (£535). We have a communal lounge, kitchen/dining room, conservatory, downstairs bathroom, middle floor bathroom and office, as well as a really pretty garden. The house landlords are a missionary family currently living in India, and they're great landlords. They ask that the initial contract would be 12 months. The house is in the heart of Chilwell/Beeston and is close to local transport links. There is off-street and on-street parking available.

Hi! I'm Sally (27F) and I currently live at this house. There are 2 rooms available here - one is £505 per month and the other, which is bigger with an ensuite is £535. I work for a Christian charity in Nottingham, love my church family, and my mum, dad and brother live just down the road, so I'm often busy seeing lots of lovely people! I also have a pet dog called Tux, who is a really friendly cocker spaniel who loves to give cuddles and play.
My ideal situation is to have housemates who are up for eating together and maybe hanging out - I love reading, games, films, walks and general chats. If you're interested, I would love to meet you!
