More about the accommodation:
A beautiful modern one bed flat in the centre of London, 200m walk to the river north, 100m to the Bermondsey beer mile south, 6 minutes walk to Bermondsey station east and 10 minutes to London Bridge west (crossing Tower Bridge on the way.
It is light but quiet at the back of the building, with my favourite times being watching sunset behind the London eye as the trains went by a few hundred metres away.
The flat is through a door at the end of the corridor on the 4th floor, with only one other flat there, so it feels very intimate. There is a large, shared terrace on the 4th floor though almost no-one else uses it.
The bedroom is a king sized bed with his n hers built in wardrobes and drawers and shelving between. There are two bedside tables. The living area is great for hosting, with the kitchen / dining area on one side and the seating area on the other. There is a sofa bed in the seating area for friends staying over. The bathroom is a bath with shower overhead. Everything functions in the flat. My little sister and partner have been living there very happily for 2 years.
There may be flexibility on the rent to the right person for this gorgeous space.
