There are two (2) bathrooms, both containing a toilet and shower, one of which is also a bath — spacious and equipped kitchen — dining room incl. dining table — living/sitting room that is used communally.
Double bedroom is available, fully furnished with bed-frame, mattress, and wardrobes with plenty of storage. (Bedroom can be seen in pictures).

Currently occupied by two (2) young adult men who are members of New Community Church in Sidcup. We are sociable and hospitable, as well as clean and respectful. Suitable for any member of a local church or someone moving to the area in the search of one.
We enjoy hosting dinners, games/movie nights, and general social gatherings for our Christian and Non-Christian friends alike :)
We are young professionals, one of which works a hybrid of office/work from home, and the other is a shift-worker.
