Located in Threemilestone, a few miles from the centre of Truro. It’s in a great location, very close to the A30, which is the main dual carriageway through Cornwall. Only 15 min drive to the beach. Close to multiple supermarkets and useful stores. Numerous sports centres around the area. Truro college and Treliske hospital are within walking distance.
Various local shops, hairdressers etc, all available within Threemilestone itself.

I am looking for a housemate who’s interested in accommodation for a 6 month period on a casual basis. I’ve been sharing the bungalow with someone for the last year and a half, who’s now relocating. In this time it’s become a beautiful home and nicely decorated! It’s perfect for anyone working at the hospital as it’s only a 20 min walk away…or looking to be close to town, or the main road through Cornwall. It’s located no more than 15 mins away to a beach on the north coast and roughly 20 mins to the south! There’s loads of space, and the house will be as much yours as it is mine to share.
