The house has two toilets (one up, one down), a large kitchen with plenty of storage, a cosy living room, and a separate dining room for meals or working from home.

There’s reliable Wi-Fi throughout the house, and a contribution to the TV licence is expected.

The garden is a good size for London, with a BBQ and outdoor seating — great for summer evenings.

The available bedroom is upstairs, overlooks the garden, and is unfurnished, ready for you to make it your own.

Hey, I'm Nate. I’m the kind of person who thinks the best conversations happen around a campfire, preferably with snacks and a good story on hand. When I’m not trying to perfect my allegedly famous lasagne, you’ll usually find me getting dragged around the neighbourhood by Jez (aka the ginger ninja), my energetic 5 year old Vizsla. He’s joined by Toffee, Csaba’s five and a half year old dog who is highly intelligent, endlessly loyal, and completely obsessed with chasing balls. Between the two of them, you’re guaranteed a warm and slightly chaotic welcome at the door. Don’t worry, neither dog is allowed upstairs.

I share the house with Csaba, a good friend and housemate. I’m a Baptist minister and a practising Christian. Csaba’s not, and we’re both keen to keep the house a relaxed and respectful space that feels open and comfortable for whoever joins. The house is church owned, so from time to time it’s used for small meetings or community gatherings. Nothing too hectic, but worth being aware of.

I really care about creating a home where people can just be, whether that’s sharing food, having a good chat, or coexisting peacefully with a brew and a quiet evening. While I love connection and community, I’m very much an introvert at heart so personal space and low pressure living are important too. And if you’re into camping, hiking, and board games, you’ll definitely go up my list.
