More about the accommodation:

We are located in a quiet close in Arbury Cambridge, surrounded by working professionals and families. There is a lovely community in the close, with two annual events each year that residents can take part in if they wish. There is plenty of free on-street parking, which makes it easy if you own a car or have friends and family visiting Cambridge. We are located just of the A14 as well, which makes it easy to access Cambridge and surrounding areas. Cambridge City Centre is only a 10 minute cycle or a 25-30 minute walk, with good access to bus routes into town and surrounding areas.

The house itself is spacious, with a shared lounge and dining space. There are a good number of sofas and other furnishings to create a homely feel. The kitchen is also spacious, with plenty of space to store food and cooking equipment. There is also plenty of space in the fridge and freezer for everyone. The garden is reasonably sized and has lots of potential for growing plants and vegetables. There is a picnic table, chairs and a BBQ so can be used well as a social space. The garden is also where we store our bikes and it has secure side access. The room is a good size and is part-furnished with a good quality double bed and storage unit. It is on the first floor and at the front of the house. There are two bathrooms, both with showers and toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

More about the household:

Lizzie is 28 and an accountant who works locally. She goes to St Andrew the Great and is interested in running and reading.

Beth is 26 and works as an administration assistant in scientific research. She goes to Holy Trinity and is interested in cooking and crochet.

We have a nice balance between being social but also giving each other space in the household. Beth and Lizzie's jobs are hybrid and both work from home roughly two days a week.

Erin is 23 and a teacher in the City Centre. She is getting married this summer, hence why she is moving out.
