Beautiful flat near Streatham. Only £250 deposit! The flat is a 5minute walk from Streatham Common Station fast services in and put of town. It is about a 10-12 minute walk from Tooting Common. There is a convenience shop right opposite the flat. Our neighbours are super friendly and kind. The bathroom downstairs is communal but is basically private as I have my own ensuite upstairs. It's only used if someone comes to visit or both of us are downstairs. There are lots of lovely places to eat or grab coffee nearby. We are handy for lots of great churches.
