More about the accommodation:

Hello!

This is a two-bed flat in the middle of Clapham North, Clapham Common, and (a few minutes further away) from Brixton. It's also close to Abbeville Road for food, coffee, pubs etc.

Situated in a flat in a Victorian house, the room is a small double, with your own bathroom down the corridor. The flat is bright, with a newly installed kitchen but the stand-out feature is definitely the roof terrace that soaks up the sun every afternoon and provides somewhere quiet!

I have lived here for the best part of 7 years and love it here. I don't work from home as the flat is not set up for that easily - there isn't desk space in the double bedroom on offer. Therefore it isn't appropriate if you're working life is from home rather than the office.

Bills are not included in the rental price and come to approximately £170 / month.

Transport routes:
Clapham Common Tube - 11 minute walk
Clapham North Tube - 14 minute walk
Brixton Tube - 20 minutes walk

There is also a bus stop 50m from the front door which takes you to either Clapham Common or Brixton.

This could be for someone who needs somewhere to stay whilst looking for somewhere longer term, or a longer term arrangement.

If you have any questions then let me know!

More about the household:

Hello! I'm Rosie, in my early 30's and I go to Holy Trinity Clapham on Clapham Common and would love an ideally female Christian to move into the room.

I have a fairly busy work, church and social life including running a joyful (and yet chaotic) choir that meets at HTC. I love running, park run, cooking, choir(!) and spending time with my numerous sisters. Looking for someone fairly similar in terms of outlook. I work quite unusual hours - very early in the morning so the flat will always be yours first thing.
