A rather unusual situation, in that the house is currently empty and for sale. However, the market has suddenly gone very quiet, a sale would take 6 months or so to complete, so I have decided to make a couple of the bedrooms available on a `house share' basis.
Potential tenants therefore need to be aware that an Estate Agent may need to occasionally show people the house and that this isn't going to be a long-term stay. I would be happy to do it on a month by month basis.
This room is a large loft room with en-suite, looking out over the back garden. Faces south east, so gets a lot of sun during the day. There are fitted wardrobes and cupboard and an armchair with footstool. You will need to get a bed.
The house has 4 bedrooms, a lounge and large kitchen diner. The house is currently unfurnished, but I will provide a sofa and TV for the lounge. The kitchen already has fridge-freezer, range cooker and washing machine.
I am looking to rent out 2 of the bedrooms and keep 1 for myself for occasional overnight stays. Located in a safe area, with nice neighbours, with fields opposite the house. 1 mile from Feltham station, with regular trains to into Clapham Junction and Waterloo. 1 mile to Tesco Superstore at Sunbury and Junction 1 of the M3.

At the moment there is noone living here! I am going to rent out one other bedroom. I would consider your views when chosing the other tenant. I will keep 1 for myself for very occasional overnight stays.
