The apartment overlooks the River Thames, and is located 5 minutes walk from Reading central train station, with regular services to London. The property is in a quiet, scenic neighbourhood with wide open, green spaces. The property is owned by a clean and tidy Christian landlord, who uses the property occasionally (residing a few days per month).

This is a small household with 2 double bedrooms. The first bedroom is available from end of April, which is the one advertised in this posting. I visit the property about once a month for cleaning and maintenance, and also as a useful base for a long weekend away. I enjoy dance sports and going to the gym. The property is ideally located close to the new Rivermead Leisure centre where there is a great swimming pool, gym and dance facilities - which I enjoy using.
