The room available is a single self contained garden room, it has a large wardrobe, desk and en suite bathroom, with use of the family kitchen and living area and lovely garden. Extra storage (for bikes etc) available within the main house. The house is located very close to The Elizabeth Line, (Acton mainline station) Acton central overground and North Acton Central Line. Close to Churchfield Road which has a great selection of pubs, cafes and shops.

The owner is a professional who works away from home part of the week. Young adult (soon to graduate) son also shares the home along with a young professional male lodger. We are friendly and enjoy occasional meals together but also respect each others independent activities. The single room on offer is ideal for a professional male or mature student who is comfortable with independent living but has the option of joining in with the household.
