This is a beautiful Penthouse apartment in the thriving buzz that is the centre of Soho. There is a lot of natural light and it is quiet as it faces on to the back of the theatres etc...We have a fairly sized bathroom with both a shower and spacious bathtub so no need for an ensuite as throughout the years, we manage easily. The flat is furnished by the existing flatmate and the lucky tenant will only need to bring their mattress and a smile but are free to add anything if they like. There is a small outside space in living-room and in the new tenant's bedroom which is both the largest and best room in Apartment. It's a big size for Soho and tenants and guests love the happy sunny feeling it provides. We are a stone's throw away from all the major and famous undergrounds including Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road - so blessed! And also, there is a plethora of buses and indeed, Churches. Also, the best shops are everywhere but also very tempting so you'll have to be disciplined ha ha!
