Sadly my friends are moving on from Tulse Hill, so I have two rooms available in a bright and cosy flat 🧡
The Flat:

- Open-plan living area & bright kitchen

- Front and rear garden
- Short walk to local cafés, restaurants & shops
- Brockwell Park – 10 min walk
Located on the main road, but thanks to great insulation and soundproofing, you won’t hear traffic from inside
The Rooms:
Room 1 – Front Double: Spacious with hardwood floors. Large bushes provide privacy from the main road.
Room 2 – Rear Double: Spacious with carpets and built-in storage.
Both rooms are unfurnished, but you can buy bedroom furniture from the previous tenant at a great price!

- 5 min walk to Tulse Hill Station (Thameslink)

About Me:
I work locally for a charity and travel often. Some WFH days but always respectful of space. Love getting out and socialising, but also enjoy a chilled night in with Netflix and a glass of wine.
I’m a Christian, attend church regularly and would like to occasionally host, so I’d love for other Christians to fill the rooms and make this a welcoming home.
Looking for friendly, easy-going housemates who are clean, respectful and want to make this flat their home too 💛
