Lovely flat overlooking Streatham Common available early April! ☀️🌷
Hi flathunters! I'm looking for a female Christian to take over my tenancy agreement, which runs until September 18th (with possibility for extension).
The flat is furnished, and the bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, sidetable, table, chair and a clothing rail. Parking is available on a first-come first-served basis and free parking is available on the side streets nearby. There is additional storage space in the hallway and plenty of storage space in the kitchen!
Location is fantastic! We're just a 5-minute walk to key amenities: Tesco superstore, leisure centre, Aldi, Streatham station, and more. Only 20-minutes via train into central London and plenty of bus stops nearby. We're overlooking the beautiful Streatham Common, and Streatham high street is a short bus ride away with plenty of shops, cafés etc.
Available from April 1st, but can be flexible on exact dates. Rent is £800pcm with a deposit of £1000. Bills come to roughly £80/90pcm and council tax comes to £70pcm.
