Lodger bedrooms (2) are in a quiet semi self-contained area of the house giving privacy.

Lodger area has
- shower room mainly for the use of two lodgers only

- bathroom for lodger use and for occasional family use (as the family has its own shower room)

- kitchen mainly for use of two lodgers (additional kitchen in house for main family use). Well equipped with breakfast bar, large fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, plenty of cupboard space, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc

Use of washing machine and dryer.

Separate sitting room for use by lodgers plus very limited use by family.

Large garden with two patios.

Quiet road in Upper Parkstone, Poole.

Plenty of on road parking. Cycle store.

5 minutes walk from bus stops with frequent buses to Poole town centre, Poole hospital, Bournemouth University and Bournemouth town centre. Also buses to Tower Park and Ashley Road. Small Tesco and Subway.

Bills are included.

Cleaning of shared areas is included.

Full references will be required and the minimum stay is 3 months.

More about the household:

We are an English family consisting of a married couple in our 60s with two adult daughters. We are a quiet but busy family. Our family attend churches. We have cats in the main part of the house but they are not allowed into the lodger area. You won't see too much of us as the family part of the house is separate from the lodger area but we do like to have a meal together every few weeks.

Both Room 1 and Room 2 are let to females. Our current lodger in Room 1 is Indian. She is very respectful, friendly and delightful with a good sense of humour. She works Monday to Friday locally in Poole.

Our aim is to provide a safe and happy home.
