This is a lovely 3-bedroom girls' house just a 15 minute walk from the University of Chester's Exton park campus. The property is close in proximity to both Hoole and Chester city centre, so there easy access to local amenities, shops and public transport, all within walking distance. It has a spacious kitchen full equipped with appliances and separate living area downstairs. On the second floor there is one full bathroom complete with a shower, as well as a second bathroom with a toilet and sink. All of the rooms are equally spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. It is the largest of the 3 rooms that is being advertised, which is very spacious and bright. This room is £150 per week with bills included. There is also a private outdoor yard with a seating area, great for socialising in the summer months!

We are 2 Christian girls studying Primary Education and Midwifery at the University of Chester. Unfortunately one of our friends that we initially found the house with has had a change in circumstances so no longer requires accommodation in Chester, so we are looking for someone to take her spot. We are both outgoing and sociable, and would make you feel so welcome! We are both members of the CU, where we met back in September, and would love to live with another Christian girl who shares our values and faith. We want our house to be a real safe space where we can support each other and relax together from the stresses of uni/working life!
