Hi, my flat is warm and clean! The bedroom is a double, with a single bed, double wardrobe, large desk and lots of storage space. It has been redecorated in the last 2 years. The main bathroom is not actually ensuite, but there are 2 bathrooms in the flat and we can use one each!
There are no hidden extras in the monthly rent. It includes use of the washing machine, without a weekly limit on the number of washes!
It is close to public transport links, by bus, and walking distance from Harlesden, Park Royal and North Acton Stations. It is also walking distance from a large supermarket.
There is a canal close by with a footpath for walks or cycling. For shopping it is a short train journey to Westfield, Shepherd's Bush and for entertainment it is close to Park Royal leisure complex, with a gym, cinema, bowling, and places to eat.
I love animals, but sadly my lease does not allow pets.
The flat has a large balcony and use of a shared garden.
The flat is a non-smoking space, including the balcony.
It is not suitable for a car owner.
It is not suitable for someone who works from home, during office hours. Would suit a key worker, or someone working in retail or hospitality, or in an office or any building!
This is a lovely flat, with a comparatively low rent. I am hoping living here will be a blessing to someone.
