More about the accommodation:

Single unfurnished room available in a lovely house in South Wimbledon. The room is one of four in the house and is on the first floor. There are two bathrooms and one shower shared between 3, there is an en suite in another bedroom. The house is in great condition with a cleaner that visits fortnightly and very attentive Christian landlords who keep the house well maintained. There's a large communal kitchen and a shared lounge plus a second smaller lounge with sofa bed, and a patio back yard.

The house is about a 10 minute walk from South Wimbledon tube station (Northern Line) and about a 15 minute walk from Wimbledon station (District Line & National Rail). There are a number of buses nearby that connect to Kingston & Putney amongst other places. There's on street parking available by applying for a permit, and there's also space to store a bike.

There's a gym and swimming pool on the same road as the house and a number of Sainsbury's Local/Tesco Metro within a 5 minute walk, with larger supermarkets within 10-15 minute walks.

The rent is £657.50 per month + £153.50 bills, and then £10 every fortnight for the cleaner. The bills are managed through a house account which we keep track of for any surplus or adjustments that are needed.

Hi there! We’re a friendly household of 3 professionals looking for someone new to join us after our fourth housemate of seven years is moving out.

Justin is currently working on his own film project. He's into films, music, and enjoys going on bike ride too. That's not to mention he is (very) comfortable behind a BBQ.

James is a freelance marketer and works from home. He can probably challenge Justin on the introvert scale! He spends a lot of time playing piano, with weekly lessons, as well as visiting family in Wimbledon. He's a big reader but also spends time at the gym.

Lucy is a Physician Associate and enjoys staying active, reading, and exploring South Korean culture. Currently, she's getting into boxing!

As the above suggests, we all have our own personalities but get on well as a house and enjoy each other’s company. We’ll go out for meals when calendars align and are all happy to stay and chat in the kitchen when we’re each around. We’re also all happy for each other to host people at the house, and we also host a summer party each year... Ask us about that one...!

Ideally, we are looking for someone who would fit into our age and stage of the current housemates, probably in their late twenties and above. We all attend different churches around the area. The neighbours on both sides are lovely and there are a few extended members of the household who you’ll probably end up meeting – the house has its own Alumni network!
