I am moving out of my lovely house in Wandsworth so there is a double bed room available! Double bed and wardrobe included.
It has a gorgeous garden patio, perfect for evening gatherings and summer!
The room is £915 monthly rent and bills are usually around £75 a month - water, electricity, council tax and wifi. So just under £1000 monthly.
The house is a 5 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station and centre! Ideal for food and shopping!
It is a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction too, so great and easy to get into central London or to get around!
