Hello!
We are looking for a great new flatmate for our main door flat off Clapham Common!
We have a lovely single bedroom available for rent. It is a beautiful period flat, light and spacious, perfect for the summer for meeting friends outside !
The bedroom has a large new wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is an AST of £668 with bills separately coming to about £110-115 per month. It is available immediately, but up to a mid-March move in date is negotiable.
The flat has a large living room and separate dining room and garden off the kitchen. There is a family bathroom and separate loo.
It is a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common tube station or just over 15 to Clapham Junction. There are also great buses that head to Battersea Power Station or Sloane Square in 30 minutes.
The current flatmates are Julia (32) who has lived here for 4 years and Jon (32) who has lived here for a year. Julia works in human rights and Jon works in finance. We are looking for someone who is keen to join a relaxed flat, enjoy a shared meal and trip to the pub. We both have busy jobs and like to keep the flat clean and tidy!
