I own my fifth floor 2 bed, 2 bath appt and enjoy letting my spare room, to a professional female, no men please! I work full time in the i industry, I'm self employed and support people with their interiors and I paint and am active at Church, hosting Alpha and on the prayer team at HTB Brompton Road. Do come along!

I like feeling that there is someone else around, someone coming in and out, sometimes s little bit of company and the odd chat and coffee together, good conversations and supportive attitude. It’s very safe here and you will feel secure and at home.

There is a river view, it’s a very friendly development and very quiet, one wouldn’t know that one was in the city! Easy access to trains and buses and very close to Kings and Fulham Road, Wandsworth town shops and station 2 mins away and Southside Shopping Center with cinema 7 mins walk away. Parks near by include Wandsworth Park and Battersea Park. The river walk is wonderful and train along to Richmond for shopping or Waterloo to get into town easily.

No smokers please, it's a very quiet household, no moving about and noise like showering unless absolutely essential after 10pm, headphones with laptops if watching films etc, no frying or excessive cooking, simple meals only, sorry no extra guests. Would like rooms aired each day, I will teach you how to close the doors quietly so minimum disturbance to each other. Live to chat if you have time I know we are busy that we are out of the house or running around but great if we get to swap stories and be supportive to one another!
