10-15 mins walk from the North Greenwich tube station (Jubilee Line) or one bus ride away. Lots of buses connecting to Greenwich, Kidbrooke, Blackheath and other SE and Central London locations. 15 mins walk from IKEA, B&Q, Odeon, and a couple of stops away from the Charlton Retail Park (Asda, Primark, Next, Sainsbury's, M&S etc.). Running trails by the river nearby, and also a few steps away from the Greenwich Peninsula ecology park. The Greenwich Peninsula also runs many events including jazz festivals, open air cinemas, Christmas markets and so on.

More about the household:

Current tenants are two Christians of Asian decent who are friendly, supportive and helpful. They share the other room in the flat but do not use the room at the same time. The male tenant sometimes works in the living room but only close to midnight to match US hours.
