The neighbourhood is a leafy and desirable residential area, within easy access of Birmingham City Centre by cycle, car, bus and soon by train (Moseley and Kings Heath stations are expected to be operational by the end of 2025)
The studio flat includes exclusive use of an en-suite shower room and kitchenette, and has pleasant views over the back garden via a juliette balcony.

Shared access to a garage provides ample and secure storage for a bike and or other items, if required.
