Green Lane Estate is a lovely quiet estate, ideally located just 7 miles from Chester, and with excellent road links (easy reach of the A494, M56 and A55). Despite this good links, because it is surrounded by farmland, you get the feeling of being out in the countryside - the estate entrance is off a quiet lane, from where you can walk to fields and woods and the small village of Saughall. The cycle path (the Chester Millenium Greenway) is also only 5mins down the lane - so you can easily cycle into Chester (a lovely flat route!)
