The luxury penthouse flat in South London Zone 3 is in a newly build private neighbourhood with extensive view over open green space from the private rooftop terrace.

The bright and luxurious hotel style double room on the top floor of the penthouse flat comes with a double bed and mattress which has massive under bed storage space, a bedside table, a desk with chair, a side board which has good space for storing clothes and a hanger cloth rack.


The bathroom is next door with a bathtub, toilet, towel heater, hair dryer, flat iron and storage cabinet.
The bathroom is mainly being used by my kids when i give them a bath 2-3 times a week. So you have like a ensuite bathroom as the 2nd bathroom and separate toilet are downstairs which we mainly use.

On the same floor is the shared living - and dining area with open space to the modern and spacious kitchen which leads to the private rooftop terrace which can also be used.
The other 2 bedrooms that we use are downstairs.

The whole flat is very bright and quiet. You can't hear the trains or cars from the roads nearby.
The flat is clean and organised and the flooring has been renewed a couple of month ago.

The property is a 5 min walk from Mitcham Eastfields Station with direct connection to city centre in no more than 20min (7min to Balham & 12min to Clapham Junction).
Many shopping options and bus stops are in walking distance.

Mitcham Common - massive green space with a beautiful pond -is just round the corner.

The neighbourhood is also very supportive and friendly.

More about the household:

I am a German living in London with my 2 amazing children (4 and almost 2) in the flat. I am easy going and sociable and like to meet new people. My kids are also happy to have people around. They stay 4 days with me in the flat.

I committed my life to Jesus in 2004 and ever since he has been ruling my world :). Which led to a two year missionary trip to Uganda where my love for different cultures and people started.

I love my church family and enjoy spending time with them outside church as well. I am involved in the worship team playing the guitar and singing and attend a weekly lifegroup as well.

Besides spending time with my kids I enjoy cycling, fitness, reading, dancing and socialising with church family and friends. I like to explore new places (also in London, it never ends to discover new places :) )and love travelling and learning about different cultures and people.

As i love having people around and having an available double bedroom is ideal to rent it out. I am happy to have movie nights, game nights, cooking together, etc. Equally I also respect privacy and having our own space as well.

During the week i work part time as an Occupational Therapist.
