More about the accommodation:

We are a friendly household of Christian women, looking for another female housemate.

Double room available immediately, £370 per month (£370 deposit), not including bills. Bills are typically around £115pcm per person (I think they are unlikely to be more than this and may reduce due to switching some contracts, but I don't like to promise!)

Rooms are furnished with bed, mattress, storage, desk and chair. The house is pleasant and comfortable - it has been my home for the past 7 years. There is a living room with sofas, TV (sorry it isn't connected at the moment) and an electric piano. The kitchen has a lot of storage space, gas cooker, washer/dryer, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and a large dining table. Housemates may use my pots/pans/cutlery etc or bring their own.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink and storage. There is also a small downstairs toilet and sink.

There is a boarded attic with ladder for additional storage if needed.

There is a good sized garden with a shed that is suitable for bicycle storage. I also have a spare bike with accessories if any housemate wishes to use this.

There is good on-street parking, and the X21 bus stops right outside.

More about the household:

We are a friendly household, quite relaxed and like to make life easy for each other. We usually cook separately. We share cleaning duties on a rota. I (Debs, the owner) recently left the household to move abroad. The current household consists of two lovely Christian professional ladies. One of the current household is taking the lead on arranging bill payments and any maintenance issues. I am available on Whatsapp if needed.
It's important to me that the household should be comfortable with each other, so I would be grateful if any prospective tenants are able to meet with the other household members at some point before any commitment is made.
