Offering a furnished very spacious studio room and bathroom. The room is carpeted and comes with double bed (that can turn into single day bed if wanted), TV, large wardrobe, shelves, desk area with swivel chair, sofa and side table (awaiting delivery). The spacious bathroom includes a modern shower.
The room can be adjusted to suit your needs as there is plenty of space and high ceilings.
This accommodation is a hospitable and sociable family home with three children. The studio room is located separately on the top floor of the house and will be solely for adult use.
There are two lounge areas, one being a living room with sofas and TV and thr other the kitchen lounge (also with sofa, TV and large dining table).
The house is ideally situated in a friendly neighborhood, being a 10 minute walk to Dartford train station, which is well connected to the major railway stations of London Bridge, Victoria, Charing Cross & St Pancras International. Abbey Wood & the Elizabeth Line are only 11 mins away with an onward journey time to Canary Wharf of 12 mins, 24 mins to the West End and also Heathrow Airport Terminals 2,3,4&5. Minutes away from bus routes: 96, 428, 492 & Fast Track . There is also a parking permit available if needed.
This would be suitable for a nurse or medical worker (as this the house is a short distance from Darenth Valley hospital) or a professional worker, preferably female. However, please enquire if this accommodation interests you. 🙂

I'm 37 and a follower of Jesus with 3 kids. I serve at River church in the worship team and I am a secondary school French teacher on the weekdays. We are a welcoming family who love music and being hospitable and social. The ensuite room is at the top floor of the house and will be "kid free".
The kitchen lounge is large, with a back garden entrance. The kitchen is well equipped (especially as I'm a foodie!) with kitchen appliances/gadgets.
The house is a 10 minute walk to Dartford train station which has excellent connections to central London (London bridge, Waterloo, Kings Cross) and via the Elizabeth line at Abbey wood Station.
