I'm looking to find someone to replace my tenancy until the contract finishes on 17th Aug 2025. I'm looking for someone from 16th Dec 2024.
It is the attic room and is a decent size with lots of storage.
The room includes:
- Double bed with a new mattress (Room to store boxes under the bed)
- Bedside table
- Desk and chair
- Chest of draws
- New Wardrobe
- Built-in cupboard
The house has:
- Fully equipped kitchen (cooking pans, fridge-freezer, gas cooker/oven, air fryer, slow cooker etc)
- Washing Machine and tumble dryer
- 1 toilet (separate from shower room)
- 1 shower room
- Joint living room with a TV screen (can plug laptops into it)
- Little patio garden with shed that can store bikes
The house has 3 girls (early 20s), 2 working and 1 final-year student. They all are active members of church and really friendly and flexible.
The house is located around 3 mins walk from Beeston station (train is less then 10 mins to Nottingham station) and 5 mins walk to Beeston station with good bus and tram links. 5 mins walk to Tesco Extra. There is parking in the road behind the house.
The rent is £110 per week, and I've paid up until 1st Feb. I've also paid all the water bill, and I've already paid 6 months for the TV licence. Bills are currently around £50 a month, but that is on the higher end at the moment as it is winter. Council tax is £61 per month.

3 girls (early 20s), 2 are working (Teaching assistant apprenticeships) and 1 is a final-year midwifery student.
There is a meal rota, but it is flexible, and if you can't make dinner/need to sort yourself out some days, that's fine. There's a cleaning rota, and they are open to communication in the house.
They are all active members of church and are involved in serving teams etc.
They are social and like having people over for dinner. Other activities they like are baking and will sometimes do Parkrun together/go to the cinema and stuff like that.
