Single bedroom available in a shared 3-bedroom house on Humber Road South in Beeston. Due to become free on the 1st January 2025. Located near convenience shops and close to public transport such as the Skylink bus and the Middle Street tram stop. Parking available on the street outside the house with short journeys to the city centre and major roads such as the M1.

The house will be shared with two male working professionals. They have lived in the house for the past two years with their third housemate who is departing at the end of the year. The property is managed by the landlord who can be contacted on a WhatsApp messaging group as well his parents who are available through email.

The house features a dishwasher along with shared cupboard space and a dining room with comfortable seating and a wooden furnished table. There is a lounge area with luxurious sofas and a TV screen for watching shows with the recently purchased TV license. There is a shed which is a suitable space for bike storage with a capacity to hold 2 bicycles, plus a lawnmower.

The kitchen features a gas-lit oven along with 4 hobs and a microwave, with plenty of space for kitchen utensils and food storage. A shared fridge and freezer are available along with the dishwasher and a washing machine. The room itself has a single bed and features a wooden desk and office chair suitable for working from home and setting up a PC. There are plenty of drawers, a wardrobe and even a built-in bedroom sink. The room will face the street outside at the front and is located on the first floor of the house.

There will be a shared bathroom with a shower located close to the room on the same floor.

The two existing tenants would welcome anyone who is able to commit to the minimum period of 6 months and is willing to share the house from the start of the new year in 2025.
