We will be away from just before Christmas to the end of March and want to rent our place to considerate tenants :-)
The flat has sea-views and is a short walk to the metro, bus stop and Whitley Bay town centre. Newcastle is about half an hour away by metro. The place is open plan and has a new kitchen with breakfast bar.There is cosy underfloor heating, bath and separate shower. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher.
One bedroom has a king size bed then there is a second bedroom/study with a futon.
