I'm looking for a lodger.

This is a good-sized, comfortable, furnished room in a large maisonette. The room has plenty of storage, with desk and drawers, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, bookshelf, and under-bed drawers. Furniture can be rearranged to suit.

I have rooms and bathroom on the upper floor, so you will have access to your own bathroom (with bath/shower).

There is a fairly new kitchen and living/dining room for shared use, and the rent includes all bills and fast wifi. Two large kitchen cupboards are available for your use. Bedding and towels can be provided as required.

The property is close to the M25 and has free parking outside. It would suit someone with a car, although there is also a bus stop close by, with buses to Waltham Abbey and Waltham Cross station.

I'm easy going, practical and a little geeky, and I have a chilled cat who likes to go out for walks.
I work at LST, some days in the office and some days at home.
I like reading, board games, technology, crafts, days out, camping, exploring London, messing around in the garden, and sf.

I'm looking for a lodger who is easy-going, considerate and friendly. You should be working out of the house Monday-Friday daytimes (a condition of the rent-a-room tax scheme). No overnight guests please.

It would be good to find someone who likes cats and doesn't mind feeding him occasionally when I'm away. I'm also open to a lodger with an outdoor/indoor cat too - as long as they get along!
