3 Bed flat on the second floor with a cute kitchen / living area.

The rooms come unfurnished as the current tenants are planning on taking all their things. There is a clothes rack, chest of drawers and a kallax unit and a full length mirror in my room that I happy to give to someone as I’ll be buying a new wardrobe in the new year!
One room does have a built in wardrobe.
Rent and Bills💰
The rent for each room is £693.34 each and bills come to about £114 each. But there is a chance that might increase in 2025. Deposit £800
