Description: Very spacious double bedroom with big windows just off Kensington High Street. It’s in a 3-bedroom split level flat and the road is quiet, leafy in beautiful Kensington 6 mins walk to Holland Park.
Location: 2 mins walk from Kensington Olympia station, just off High Street Kensington. Also a short walk to other stations including Shepherd’s Bush, High Street Kensington, Hammersmith, Holland Park and West Kensington.
We’re looking for: a female Christian professional in her late 20s-50s who’s looking for long term accommodation (2 year contract). No couples, pets, or bicycles please (unless you’re happy for your bicycle to stay in your room).
Current housemates: two friendly, clean, quiet and respectful female professionals in their 30s and 50’s - one Australian and one Malaysian. Both very active in the local church and looking for someone with the same values and shared identity in Christ. Our flat is a sanctuary of peace and calm and we’re looking for someone who has that same vision.
One of the flatmates has an adult Pomeranian who doesn’t make any noise and stays with her in her room but worth mentioning in case you’ve got a fear of dogs.
Move-in date: 25th November 2024 but possibly negotiable with current flatmate. Viewings will be Saturday 09 November 2024 11am onwards.
