Hi,
I'm looking for a flatmate. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat, situated in Argyle Street, city centre.
The monthly rent is £636, excluding council tax share of £110 (tax band E) and electricity bill (varies based on seasons; between 25-40 per head in non-winter months and about 70 or higher per head in winters; depends on how tropical you want the accommodation). The flat is much warmer than most of the accommodations as it is a new construction. The flat share also comes with a secure parking space and a bike park shed.
I'm using the ensuite bedroom, so you'll have the main bathroom for yourself (picture available).
I'm hoping the prospective tenant to be a professional as per the landlord 's preference, but students can apply too.
Earliest moving date would be late October or early November, 2024.

The flat has a shared lounge with a stunning view of the Westend. We're in a high rise building. I'm a believer in Christ, but I'm open to anyone who can take care of the flat as if he owned it.
I'm not a party person, don't drink or smoke. I do invite people over once a month for fellowship.
