Nice sized double bedroom in shared flat with 1 other female. Decent sized shared kitchen, and shared bathroom with bath and shower.
The flat is situated at Parkfarm shops with a great view over the shops and across Allestree.
Looking for a quiet, peaceful, clean, respectful tenant - female only. I am a Christian and would prefer another Christian if possible. Rent includes all bills, plus shared household products, and monthly cleaner.
Mainly looking for short term tenants - maybe new to the area, or short contract with local work place, or visiting friends. Rent cheaper if staying for less than 3 months.
The place is only small, there are only 2 bedrooms and no lounge, so probably suits somebody who is out a lot, or happy to spend time, eat etc in bedroom.
No smoking, drinking, parties etc. No coming home at 1,2,3 am etc. Because of flat being quite small, also no boyfriends, partners able to come around.
