The renter's bedroom is quiete spacious with fitted wardrobe, 2 small bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers a comfortable chair and a small TV. The renter will share with the lady owner a upstairs bath/shower & toilet which is next to the lady renter's bedroom . There is also a downstairs toilet that's available
