More about the accommodation:
Our house is a beautiful 4 bedroom end terrace house centrally located and 2 minutes from the university library and science site. It was recently completely refurbished and is in pristine condition. Due to council licensing conditions we can only allow 2 tenants so its very spacious with 2 double bedrooms and great kitchen and bathroom facilities. There is on street parking and a sunny private yard at the back with room for bicycles etc. A lovely house with equally great landlords too!
