We are a family of five with one of our daughters at University. Husband and wife married for 24 years with 3 daughters. Situated in Penge it is one of the best places for travel with 3 different train lines going into London. The overground and croydon tram along with numerous bus routes. The house has a drive for 4 cars and a 40ft garden with 2 patios. The house has an open kitchen diner and lounge on ground floor. 2 bedrooms, an office and bathroom on the first floor and a toilet and bedroom in the loft.
