This is a really nice family house which is currently occupied by a graduate in IT. one other person is required to occupy the house with 1 bedroom to remain unoccupied.
The current occupant is a male and non smoker. A quiet clean born again christian is required, with no pets and no smoking. No overnight guests are permitted and the vacancy exists immediately. The bedroom is furnished but is without bed linen. No kitchenware cutlery, bedding, etc is provided, just a room, with no other sharing of any personal items such as toilet paper, personal hygene items, kitchen supplies included, just a nice and clean furnished room is on offer.
