A comfortable, quiet, calm house in a peaceful and leafy neighbourhood, ideal if you enjoy walks, bike riding, nature, horses etc. There is a shared lounge, kitchen, upstairs bathroom and downstairs loo. The garden is pleasant, there is the 403 bus route to various stations and free on street parking. I have two resident cats who are very friendly and affectionate and will hopefully be getting a rescue dog soon., applicants with pets welcome to enquire.

I am a professional as well as a mature student and am friendly and peaceful. I am vegan but open to anyone who respects my ethics. I have a son who is 20 who technically lives here but is away at uni, living and working in Chichester, he will be back now and then, for Christmas at least and perhaps other visits, he too is quiet, thoughtful and respectful and a pleasure to have around. The neighbours are all friendly but also quiet, it’s just a lovely area especially if you like fresh air, walks and nature.
