Double room available in a beautifully furnished modern two double bedroom flat in Bedminster. The monthly cost includes all bills (including internet & TV licence)
I moved into the flat as its first owner in 2018 and moved out myself in 2020 due to a job change taking me back to London, so the flat has been tenanted for the last 5 years but I have moved back in after relocating to Bristol. The flat has been very well cared for and so I am looking for a flat mate who wants a home and will continue to do the same.
The room would suit a professional who doesn't work from home regularly, who is happy for a home that will involve some hosting, but who is also keen to strike a balance with some quiet evenings as well.
I love to cook/bake for others when I have the time, and the idea of having some shared cooking between us to lighten the load and to bring more of a community feel when balancing working life would be great.

Location:
A stones throw from Bedminster station (which connects to Temple Meads), Victoria Park (which features tennis courts and is great for running), and the shops of East Street, including a large Asda, and a Lidl.
It is also only a walk away from North Street and Wapping Wharf, for numerous pubs, shops, restaurants and cafes. Temple Meads station is only 1 mile away and getting into the City centre is approximately 15 mins walk or less than 10 mins by bus.
