Hi everyone, my name is Liz, I attend broadmead Baptise church and have been living in Bristol for over 2 years now. I have met some amazing people here at broadmead which I can call family.
Sadly due to last minute changes to my location, I will be leaving this beautiful home and hope someone amazing can replace me.i am look for someone to take over my lease till January 31st. If you would like to stay on then you can extend the lease for 1 year. I will be moving out September 6th so feel free to take the lease before October if need.
This house is truly beautiful and we have an open house policy however we are respectful of peoples space. The aim is to cultivate a sense of family away from home, since the girls living here all come from outside of England.
The house is located in Sea Mill: transport 15min to the train station- train is 6min to the city. Bus 9,41,3,4 goes to the city in about 30 min and are quite regular. House is super spacious with great energy saving feature applied. You will be sharing with two other girls. Sarah and Zoe, who you will get on with quite easily.
We ask for mature students as the people currently living there are working and would like someone similar to them. The bedroom comes unfinished, however you can buy at a discounted price the double bed, wardrobe, mirror, desk, and whatever you see that I own. As I won’t be able to take them with me. (Do ask, if needed)

Intro to the girls.
-Sarah is American who has been living in Bristol for quite sometime. She attends broadmead and is an Art Major/Artist. A lot of the amazing art you will see around the house is all down to her handiwork. if you love all thing art and baking, this will be a great conversational point.
- Zoe is Northern Irish who is now new to Bristol and to the house. She is a teacher. We haven't had much interaction, however she is down to earth, funny and easy to chat too.
