2 bedroom spaces has opened up in a three-bedroom terraced house in Hillsborough. This is a female, young professionals house, located a 20 second walk from Hillsborough park and five minutes from the high street. The house is spacious, with a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, and a small garden to the rear. One vacant room fits a single bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and can fit a desk and chair/another item of furniture if you have one! The second room is a large double bedroom.
We all work full-time, and enjoy having friends and church community groups over for dinner, but also use the space to relax & have introvert time too.
Rent is £320 per month if split 2 ways or £450 between 3 people, bills not included (but ranging from £75 to £90 per month, depending on the season!)

This is a female household and there will be 1 of us left once our current housemate moves.
We are chilled and all use the space mutually. We try to hangout and have a meal together every so often. Otherwise we all do our own thing.
The house is big enough and feels comfortable for hosting friends.
We are looking for someone of like mind to join us.
The current tenancy is signed until March 2025 with a potential for extension.
