Double bedroom available to rent in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Perth.
The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, a Kallax storage unit, built in wardrobe and two chests of drawers. You would have sole use of the main bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet the majority of the time. You would have access to the shared open plan Livingroom, dining area and kitchen which comes stocked with cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, microwave, air fryer, oven and washing machine.
The 3rd bedroom is currently set up as a home office/snug.
There is also an additional downstairs toilet and a back garden with grass.
There is space on the driveway for another car or communal parking spaces 2 minutes walk away. The bus stop to catch the bus into town is only 5 minutes walk. There are supermarkets on the bus route from the village if you don't drive or plenty of options within a 10 minute drive into Perth.

I currently work fulltime in Healthcare. I am a quiet and very laid back person who enjoys going to the gym, cooking, watching documentaries, walks in the countryside and travelling. I generally keep myself to myself but happy to be sociable also. I like to keep the house tidy, organised and homely. I value offering hospitality to others so from time to time I might have friends over for dinner or visitors staying.
I am looking for someone who is looking for a home and not just a place to stay.
I have a friendly and chill kitten so you must be okay with cats.
Would prefer non-smokers please and that includes e-cigarettes.
