Hello!
Hinde Street Methodist Church has a long tradition of serving young people who are moving to London either for work or study. We recognise the joys and challenges that moving to London can bring and part of our mission is to offer people aged 21-35 years old, a place to call home in our community flats.
We currently have a single room in one of our flats, shared with 4 others. The age range of current community members is 23-28, who work in a whole range of fields from consulting to charity work. The flat is already well furnished and in an amazing location, right in the heart of London.
We're hoping this is a home, not just a flat. Although we recognise our members live busy lives and have full time jobs, there are some light expectations which are form part of building our community; members eat together once a week, attend Hinde Street as a primary place of residence and help out occasionally in church activities.
We'd love for you to apply but before doing so it's important that you feel comfortable in Hinde Street church and that it is the right church for you, so please do have a quick look at our website and the meaning of 'Inclusive Church' of which we belong.
