South West/(not far Bristol) - Really Nice House share for Professional; room 16x16 (space!) high ceilings/shutters, character building, - 15-20mins Weston, 10mins Cheddar, approx 20mins from Wells, approx 30mins Bristol, 20mins Bridgwater (useful to be a driver/off street parking/- there is some public transport), vibrant community, If you are looking for a really nice place, quality of living, conservation area, (with still a lot going on) then this is for you - It is described as a Charming market town at the foot of the beautiful Mendip Hills, near to Cheddar, with a character all of its own. Once part of a Saxon defence system against the Viking invaders, it's history goes to King Alfred's time. There are two pubs, within walking distance (one; character, beams, log fires, local/s- other; a bit more gastro (not really into pubs) - the only reason we mention this, is there are places within walking distance where you can enjoy historic, up market/nice ambiance and good food, there is also an 'Almshouse Tearoom/all home baked, post office, coop, pharmacy, etc ) - House: Arty, stylish but relaxed (all newly decorated, new carpets, new bathroom/1 1/2 baths) Room; decorated, new carpets, furniture, also Linen Couch plus - own fridge/area to prepare lite food/snacks etc - Share main/other/ living area (22') - space. This is a genuine nice abode for someone equally, with respect for people, space, schedule, environment, community/someone who wants to do their own life, but mix in - for someone who wants to enjoy their space/would want to see perspective sitting on couch with a cuppa. Conservation/Historic area, good commute to surrounding areas - with nature on the doorstep and city up the road - really nice area - people who have lived here (from other places/or temporary work/i.e work contracts), have said ' as soon as they saw the area, they wanted, to live here - 'quality'. It would be appicable to drive/if working in Bristol (30 mins drive)/ other areas/or if a student in Bristol - good commuter links/roads - there is public transport (but for Bristol/would have to drive) - It is £70 pw (this is for utilities only/there isn't any other cost/it may increase to £75pw/if utilities go up/for Winter) - its a good space (room for a desk/if studying) - Criterior:A Christian, a committed, practising Christian/inside and outside home/ to participate in some prayer life within the home, Loyal, Trustworthy, and to Enjoy all the Good things - (only reply with a contact number/with a little about yourself) A reference Is required from Church/Pastor/or Church Leader - Look forward to hearing from you ✌️
