The house comprises a master, a double and a single room. I have the single and will rent out the master (£800 pcm) and the double (£700 pcm) rooms. The rooms available are a good sized double rooms. The double room has a double bed.
This is a good sized terraced property built in the 1950's, a 15 minute walk from East Croydon station, and 20 minutes by train from Victoria and London Bridge. The tram stop is at the end of the road, catching the tram to East Croydon Station reduces travel time by five minutes. set away from the road with a large garden so is quiet and secluded.
It has an excellent KFC and also Chinese and Indian restaurants. There are kebabs shops, pizza take away and fish and chips. All the local shops are individually owned and run. With Co Op and Tesco express around the corner and a Sainsbury's further up the road. IKEA is a couple of miles. The sitting room and dining room can be used by lodgers at any time.

I am the householder. I am a professional female and a carer, so several nights a week I sleep over in another residence. The home is part renovated and the renovations will continue over the next year. I would like the house let to grounded people, who are able to watch over the property. Fairly essential that you are neat and tidy. No other real requirements.
