More about the accommodation:
I have a double room available in Balham. It is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, two wardrobes and a desk. It has a lovely view into the garden and is south facing.
There is a shared sitting room with a good piano and a kitchen overlooking the secluded garden. This has a table which can sit six people around comfortably. Plus a stable door into garden.
The room is near to the bathroom, which has a shower/bath, bidet, loo, washing machine, ironing board and plenty of storage space. There's also a downstairs loo.
Rent is £1,250/pcm and this includes electricity and gas, council tax, water rates, broadband, tv licence, general household goods and the cleaning and gardening services.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, with two ovens, a microwave and a fridge freezer.
I go to Vineyard 61 Church in Balham. Looking for cheerful and friendly person with their own interests and life, who enjoys a quiet environment to relax.

I currently have one lodger who keeps to himself and is not a Christian. He works Monday to Friday 8-4 and one weekend a month at the Royal Hospital of Chelsea. I am retired and enjoy gardening and community work.
